The last of the mangoes – with mango season on its way out here is a delectable mangoey dish that leaves a lingering taste of the golden fruit:
PURI ~ AAMRAS:
6 ripe mangoes.
3 tbsps. sugar
2 pinches of salt
1/2 cup water
Put all the ingredients into a blender to make a smooth puree without any fibre. Chill. Serve with hot puris/luchis!
