MANGO LASSI

MANGO LASSI – simplest to make and heavenly taste.

Ingredients.

2 large sweet mangoes, chopped.
Plain curd – 500 gms.
Sugar – 2 tbsps.
Milkmaid – 1/4 tin
Crushed ice – 2 cups
Water – 1 cup or as per preferred consistency.

Blend all the ingredients in a blender till smooth. Pour into glasses and garnish with chopped mango. Serve absolutely chilled. This lassi is a must taste for everyone in the mango season atleast once – high sugar, cholesterol and dieting can take a back seat for just that one day!!

A tip to make it simpler. Instead of milkmaid, sugar and curd, just blend 500 gms Bengal Sweets (near Airport gate) mishti doi with mangoes, ice and water and enjoy!!
