WATERMELON CRUSH: for everyone who’s on a liquid diet tomorrow and for everyone who isn’t!
Ingredients:
Watermelon (cut and sliced) – 2 cups
Ginger (peeled and sliced) – 1 tsp
Sugar – 2 tsp
a few drops of lime juice
a few mint leaves
crushed ice.
Blend water melon, ginger and sugar well. Half-fill a glass with crushed ice. Pour the blend into the glass and squeeze a few drops of lime juice. Add mint leaves and enjoy!
