FRENCH TOAST – with a nutmeggy twist!

Ingredients:

8 slices of Bread (sides cut off)
3 Eggs
1 cup Milk
1/2 teaspoon ground Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground Nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 tsp. Sugar
Salt to taste ( about 1/2 tsp)
Oil for frying (about 100 ml)

Procedure:

Beat the eggs. Add the milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla essence sugar and salt. Mix together.
Soak the bread slices one by one in the mixture for a minute before frying.
Fry the soaked bread on one side until golden brown, then turn and fry until the other side is golden brown.
