AAM PANNA: (Green Mango Cooler!)

Ingredients:

6 medium sized Green Mangoes
4 cups Water
1 tsp dry-roasted and grounded Cumin Seed (Jeera)
3/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black salt
6 tblsp Sugar
3 tblsp chopped Mint Leaves (Pudina Leaves)
12 crushed Ice-cubes

Method:

Peel mangoes. Cut into thick slices.
Boil the cut mangoes in 5 cups water for about 10 to 15 minutes. Let it cool to room temperature.
Place the boiled mangoes in a blender alongwith 2 cups of the water in which it was boiled. Add the salt, rock salt, sugar, jeera powder, mint leaves and ice cubes and blend well. Strain into a container and chill in the fridge before serving.

Aam panna is very cooling and protects greatly against sunstrokes and summer flu.
